Another great video from David Tayman and David Larsen from their series of videos on the ancient temple. This one begins a discussion of the three degrees of glory, focusing first on the bronze laver.

What is interesting is that a Greek Orthodox Church is built in the same manner. I happened to go inside one during the Greek Food Festival and they were offering tours of their church. You go in and their is an outside almost courtyard type area, then their is of course the congregational church area, the middle spot, and finally there is the back area where only the priests can enter, which they stated was either the holy place or the holy of hollies. I can’t remember as it was a few years ago. But it is interesting if one has the time to go into other church buildings particularly either Catholic or Orthodox to notice that a similar structure is made or attempted.
Anyway here’s the general structure a Greek Orthodox church looks like. Notice the similarities.
